Defining Consent

LESSON 1 - Defining Consent

Consent is a necessary and major part of our lives, and not just in a sexual or romantic context. Our interactions with others take place by getting and giving consent.

Giving someone permission to come over to your house, agreeing to go see a movie or asking someone out on a date are all scenarios that require asking for and receiving consent.

In this first module we look at what consent means and why it’s an everyday part of life.
